We’re growing — and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Netting Fabricator / Fulfillment Team Member to join our production team.

This role is ideal for someone who likes making real progress every day: fabricating and assembling products, preparing orders for shipment, and helping ensure every customer receives something we’d be proud to put our name on.

Golf Range Netting is proudly based in Tarpon Springs, Florida and is a woman-owned small business with nearly 30 years of industry experience (and over 26 years in business).
We support customers and projects nationwide and fabricate and ship custom netting systems used across golf, sports, commercial, and government applications.

Here’s the exciting part: we’re launching several new products in our online store. That means this position is not just “another warehouse job.”
You’ll help ensure these new items are built, checked, packed, labeled, and shipped correctly — so customers get the right product, on time, in great condition.
When we grow, you grow. And when we launch new products, you’ll be right in the middle of the action.

What You’ll Do (Netting Fabrication + Fulfillment)

You’ll support both production and shipping, helping ensure each order is assembled and fulfilled accurately.
Your day-to-day may include:

• Fabricate, assemble, and prepare products for fulfillment
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and specifications
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment safely (training provided as needed)
• Package and stage completed orders for shipment
• Pick, pack, label, and organize outgoing shipments
• Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and completeness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the team to meet production deadlines
• Support rollout and fulfillment of new online store products

Our goal is simple: every product should leave the building looking sharp, packed right, and ready to perform in the real world.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented — someone who shows up, communicates, and takes pride in quality work.
Experience is great, but it’s not required.

Great fits for this role often have:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfort using hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
• A team-first attitude and positive work ethic
• Reliability: punctual, consistent, accountable
• Comfort standing, lifting, and working in a shop/warehouse environment
• Fabrication, warehouse, or fulfillment experience (helpful, not required)

Bonus-Skills (Helpful, Not Required)

Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 is a bonus.
Even basic skills like updating a spreadsheet, reading shared documents, or communicating through email can help as we expand our product catalog and fulfillment workflows.

A Day in the Life (What It Feels Like)

You’ll start by reviewing priorities and work orders with the team.
Some days you’ll be assembling and preparing products in the shop; other days you’ll be in fulfillment mode — packaging, labeling, staging, and ensuring shipments are accurate.
Often, you’ll do both.

Along the way, you’ll check details that matter: measurements, counts, labels, packaging integrity, and overall quality.
