Karianne Tew graduated from FMU in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in accounting. She has been a co-owner of Golf Range Netting for over 25 years, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and operations. Throughout her tenure at GRN, Karianne has overseen the company’s back-end operations, including accounting, bonding, and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. She also manages Human Resources, ensuring smooth internal processes and team support.

In addition to her administrative leadership, Karianne has actively contributed to job facilitation, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management, bringing a well-rounded approach to both the operational and client-facing sides of the business.

Beyond her professional achievements, Karianne is deeply committed to giving back. She is actively involved in community and charity events, dedicating her time and resources to causes that support local families, youth programs, and nonprofit initiatives. Shawn Szuba is the Operations Manager at Golf Range Netting, a leader in custom barrier netting solutions for sports, contraband, military & university drone/UAV/UAS, aviary, and landfill applications. With over 25 years of experience, Shawn designs and builds high-quality, maintenance-free installations using power-line grade materials.

In addition to managing operations, Shawn is also skilled in CAD design, creating precise netting structures that meet building wind codes. Under Shawn's leadership, Golf Range Netting has completed numerous projects for golf courses, military, and sports facilities, providing netting that enhances safety and aesthetics.

Shawn's collaborative leadership style fosters open communication and innovation, empowering team members to contribute their best work. His dedication to maintaining high standards and managing complex projects, sometimes in the most austere conditions, has made him a valuable asset to Golf Range Netting, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Cody Walsingham has been a key member of Golf Range Netting for the past five years, serving as our Estimator and Sales Manager for both our office and warehouse operations. He began his career in the field, working hands-on to build GRN’s projects from the ground up. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the technical and operational details that are often overlooked in sales. His transition into sales has equipped him with a unique ability to craft precise, customized quotes and solutions for our clients.

In 2005, Anthony transitioned into the power line sector, marking a new chapter characterized by continuous growth and accomplishment. Over the subsequent twenty years, he advanced from ground man to journeyman line worker, contributing significantly to the construction and maintenance of distribution lines from substations, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining critical infrastructure with Georgia Power. His proficiency with heavy equipment and his steadfast commitment to safety and excellence have made a lasting impact on his colleagues and the communities served.
