• If there is significant damage to your netting, support poles, support wire, or hardware we will arrange to come onsite to do a thorough assessment. And we’ll do it quickly.
• In most cases we can repair just the affected areas and leave your barrier netting as good as new.
• In cases of extensive damage or wear it may be most cost effective for you to replace sections or the entire netting system rather than experience ongoing repair and maintenance costs.
• Based on our assessment we will provide you will all options available.
• If we originally installed your barrier netting system and damage is due to any defects in design, materials, or installation processes we will repair or replace for free.

• Double Helix anchors rather than single anchors used by some other companies – Single helix anchors are not meant to hold up a large structure such as netting.
• Our netting is custom made in sections as opposed to one large piece of netting. This makes necessary repairs easier and less expensive.

We replaced them with stainless steel snaps. Hurricane Irene - One of our many installations on the US east coast was damaged during Hurricane Irene when a falling tree fractured one support pole and caused damage to a section of netting.
